Our Story
Business Atelier was founded in 2018 by cousins Tamara Matos and Marietta Matos Llavona, who shared a dream of helping entrepreneurs build stronger and more sustainable businesses. What began with Marietta providing accounting services to startups and small businesses quickly evolved as they discovered a deeper need among entrepreneurs: guidance not only in managing finances, but in building businesses that could truly grow.
Their shared curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and close collaboration with clients led them to expand their services and shape the multidisciplinary firm that Business Atelier is today. While the company was formally established in 2018, it gained significant momentum starting in 2020 as more entrepreneurs sought trusted partners to navigate uncertainty and growth. Today, Business Atelier continues to combine financial expertise, strategic thinking, and a human approach to help businesses strengthen their foundations and unlock their full potential.
